ALSC’s Landlord and Tenant Helpline is generally open Monday through Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at 1-855-743-1001. Only one call can be answered at a time. If the line is busy during helpline hours, please call back periodically.
The Landlord and Tenant Helpline is a project of Alaska Legal Services Corporation. It is staffed by volunteer attorneys who answer questions and provide information to tenants and landlords about housing issues.
