Location: Tubughnenq Room Five, 2nd Floor, Dena’ina Center – Anchorage
Since 2011, this free, drop-in legal clinic has served hundreds of Alaska Natives with their civil legal questions. Volunteer attorneys provide free 30-minute consultations on issues such as:
- Family law (divorce, custody, adoption, guardianship)
- Public benefits (Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP)
- Housing & land (rental issues, foreclosure, allotments)
- Advice for tribes (ICWA, tribal justice)
- Probate, employment, and other civil legal issues
No appointment is required, but space is limited—early arrival is encouraged.
