Alaska Legal Services Corporation (ALSC) is seeking an experienced consultant or firm to conduct a statewide Intake System Assessment and Improvement Project. The project will review how Alaskans connect with ALSC for civil legal help, including intake workflows, staffing, referral pathways and technology. The selected consultant will deliver findings, recommendations and a phased roadmap for improvement, with attention to rural and remote communities. The project is funded by a Legal Services Corporation 2026 TIG (Tech Improvement) Grant.
The total budget is not to exceed $27,275.
