The situation escalated into a physical altercation, leaving John entangled in legal issues and jeopardizing their ability to remain in their home.
Feeling unsafe and with nowhere else to turn, Margaret sought help from ALSC.
An ALSC attorney acted swiftly, filing legal notices and representing Margaret in court. Margaret won the case, and with the help of law enforcement, her daughter and son-in-law were removed from the property. Today, Margaret and John are safe in their home, with the stability and peace of mind they deserve.
