The ALSC Online Eligibility Interview is an initial step to determine whether you qualify for free civil legal services provided by Alaska Legal Services Corporation (ALSC). By completing the interview, you are only applying to see if you qualify for help. Completing the interview does not mean that ALSC can accept your case. ALSC cannot assist everyone who applies for help.
The online interview will ask you questions mainly about the type of problem you have and your gross household income and assets. You must have a phone number or email to use this service where it is safe for us to leave a message. After you complete the online interview, you will be contacted by an Intake Specialist by phone or email who will determine whether you meet our acceptance criteria. This could take up to two business days.
