Palmer DIY Divorce and Custody Clinic

This is a two-hour clinic in which ALSC will present legal information to a group of attendees about how to file a divorce or custody case in state court and move the case through the process, from filing to trial. Packets of pro se (do-it-yourself) forms will be provided at the clinic. No assistance will be provided with filling out the forms.

The first hour will be a presentation and the second hour will be a question/answer session wherein clarifying legal information will be given. Participation at this clinic does not establish an attorney/client relationship, and no specific legal advice can be given as to any attendee’s personal situation.

No advance registration is required and all documents will be provided at the clinic.
