Alaska Legal Services Corporation has an opening for a part-time office manager (20 hours per week) in Palmer. Major duties include telephone and front desk reception, screening prospective clients; computer data entry, file maintenance, mail handling, and preparation of legal documents, reports and correspondence.
High school diploma or GED required. Computer proficiency required (Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, Internet, e-mail and data entry). Ability to abide strict policies regarding confidentiality required. Proficiency in written and verbal communication, willingness to learn new skills, and cross-cultural experience desired.
Salary $14.61 – $20.27 per hour, dependent on experience. Generous personal leave and benefits package available.
