Alaska Legal Services Corporation is seeking an attorney to support its Partnering for Native Health Medical-Legal Partnership Project (MLP) in Anchorage. This position will be primarily based at the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. Responsibilities include carrying a caseload, handling the administrative functions for the MLP project, and maintaining relationships with community partners.
This is a temporary position beginning July 1, 2019 and ending December 31, 2019.
Applicants must be admitted to practice law in Alaska or admitted to practice in another state and eligible for an Alaska Bar Rule 43 waiver. Information on Bar admission or requirements for a waiver can be found at www.alaskabar.org.
Salary $45,888 – $67,248 DOE. Generous personal leave and benefits package provided.
