2010 Fairbanks Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Clinic

Chapter 7 bankruptcy clinics are offered in Fairbanks. These free clinics are taught by a volunteer attorney and are designed to teach people how to file their own paper work in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

You must be pre-qualified to attend.
You have to fill out an application.
You must be screened by Alaska Legal Services Corporation.
You must be income eligible to attend the clinics.

To sign up, you must fill out an application and be screened by the Fairbanks office of Alaska Legal Services Corporation. All applications must be completed and turned in at least two weeks prior to the bankruptcy clinic.

Sometimes clinics are cancelled because not enough people sign up. If this happens, you will be notified in advance.

The clinics will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Mary Siah Recreation Center on the following dates.
